I am involved in a project where we use Oracle PL/SQL and started to look on various tools for completing the task. Getting Oracle tools such as Designer 2000 et c would cost us too much and we didnt have the budget for that. Oracle Procedure Builder was hmm ehmm well a joke...

Then I found SQL Navigator and tried it (www.technosolutions.com) and I am very pleased with it. This tools should be included with Oracle from the very beginning. Ok, it is not 100 % perfect but it is pretty close...

Unfortunately I haven't had time to explore all of its features but I like it. My recommendation is to try it out for two weeks or so and see if it suits you.
