Windows Explorer from forms 4.5

I have a table which stores several file locations, path & file name concatenated togethe in a series of columns.

I would like the ability to double click on the field to open Windows Explorer, so that I can select a directory path, and have that path copied into my field, where I can continue typing the actual file name.

Is this possible?
