Try looking around for a product called "vortex" or something like that. I never got it to work though (ran out of time). I'll try Perl sockets one day, I've heard that works.

You could put Oracle on your Linux box with sql*net ...

I telnet to a near-by Sun with Oracle on that, and remote connect to the NT Instance from there.
