Oracle Web Request Broker and Netscape Enterprise Server

We are trying to use Netscape Enterprise Server (2.01) as the front end to Oracle Web Request Broker. We have followed the Web Server documentation in modifying the Netscape obj.conf file to include the Oracle libraries and adapter but can't seem to get the Netscape server to start up with the additional configuration parameters. The messages we get are:
Not enough space
conf_init: line 19: unknown error
The problem seems to be with the parameter for the Oracle adapter, which is about 530 characters long. Has anyone else run into this problem or have a possible solution?
