I recall reading somewhere that there is a bug concerning the registry sizing for oracle pathing...
Under windows95/NT...
Specifically, the registry contents for FORMS45_PATH should be limited to 255 characters or less.

IF you check it out (regedit --> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE--> SOFTWARE --> ORACLE: and double click on the FORMS45_PATH, you will be able to edit some of the paths out.

If you installed developer 2000 and accepted the defaults, there will be all kinds of 'demos' entries. These are pretty safe to eliminate (as long as you're noot interested in the demos).
