Using Designer/2000 to Generate Forms

The Designer/2000 set of tools allows one to generate database objects very well, in my opinion, but I wonder whether it is worth the trouble generating forms with these tools.
It appears to be simpler to build reusable forms or even forms that are used just once with Developer/2000 rather than to try to get Designer/2000 to build the form.
What are other people's views on this?
