One easy way would be to use the OPS$login, this would require that the user have an account on both unix systems. The other option is the advanced networking option where each system is accessed by a single username and password. However, this is an additional product and requires an authentication product such as CyberSAFE. If security is not as big an issue, then the OPS$ login is the most logical.
