I use Reports2.5 on NT3.51 clients; Reports takes a while to start, but not THAT long. It appeared to me that when Reports is started, it loads a lot of stuff in memory. It appeared that it loads 20-30 MEG worth of stuff. So check to make sure that your NT swap file is big enough (maybe 2X physical memory). Also, are you running the application from a local (and fast) drive, or are you pulling it from a network file server? How big/complicated is the report? There is an option in Reports (1.4W and later I believe) that unloads this stuff after it is loaded; you probaby want it left loaded. I don't remember the option, but look for someothing about the "Reports Server"
Does it run any faster for the second report, or is it just as slow?
