Font sizes different on Forms upgrading from NT 3.51 to NT 4.0

[Quoted] I am transferring an Oracle Forms based application from NT 3.51 to NT 4.0. When I bring the Forms up in the NT 4.0 environment the fonts were about 20 % larger overlapping into data entry fields. The forms were generated using the Forms 4.5 version supplied with Developer 2000 rels 1.3 . I confirmed that this is a problem with another developer.
