Resizing Forms 4.5 FORMS_MDI_WINDOW

When a user maximizes my FORMS_MDI_WINDOW I want other windows to be repositioned to sit in the center of the application window. I have this code in a WHEN_WINDOW_RESIZED trigger. But this trigger never seems to fire when a user maximizes or normalizes the FORMS_MDI_WINDOW.

Any suggestions?
