Deploying Developer/2000 on Win95/NT - HELP

Recently purchased a copy of Developer/2000 for NT and want to deploy to Win 95. Must we really go through the horrendous task, as outlined in the "Developer/2000 Sample Installation & Deployment Area" guide or is there a tool (Oracle or 3rd party) to allow us to deploy painlessly?
