According to Oracle that is exactly what the tool does if you generate
[Quoted] with the Web Server option on the DES2K Launch Pad. All the Forms
executables are generated in Java. Oracle wrote JAVA classes that allow
the web based application to look "exactly" like the standard
client-server Forms 4.5 application. So when the application run using
a browser these new JAVA classes and the web version of the Form
generated by DES2K get downloaded to the client/browser.
