Newbie ? on ORA-03121 w/Forms 4.5

        function not performed.

I tried to interpret what was being said in the ng but it was over my head, and the readme file had much to say but I was not able to really get anything out of that either. Can anyone explain to a beginner in beginner terms what I am doing wrong or how to remedy the situation?
