HOW TO EXECUTE A PL/SQL PROCEDURE THROUGH A WEB BROWSER?

Hi,

We just migrate from Oracle 7.2.3 to Oracle 8.0.3 (OVS PACK) and I had many problems:

• In this new release there is no WebServer. We had Oracle WebServer 2.1 from the last release. But I can't create the first DCD, it shows me the next error message

OWS-05526: Service OWA_DBA submission failed due to error 3121 ORA-03121: el controlador de interfaz no est=E1 conectado - funci=F3n no realizada

           It says ...(interface controler not connected - function not made)

              My questions:

• Why does not my WebServer work?
• If not:
  • What Web server Manager 1.4 is? It gives to me the same utility?
  • Is there any way to execute a PL/SQL procedure from my DB and view the result through a web browser?
    • I also have the same problem with the Designer 2000 (It doesn't appear in the new release and the old one does not work).

              My questions:

• Can the Designer 2000 (v.1.5.3) work with Oracle 8.0.3?
