Hello netters, I am trying to connect to a database (personal oracle7 win'95) from dev/2000, forms 4.5 and I keep getting the message "ORA-12203 TNS: Unable to connect to destination" I was unable to locate any on-line documentation for the error ( I currently do not have access to oracle documentation/mauals). I would appreciate any help in this regard.
