Well, in my opinion, Oracle has some of the best support. I have NEVER had to
wait more than a day to get a response of some kind back from the techs, and
they are very prompt and very thourough. Also, if the problem you are having
requires a patch or update, they next day air it out. Your absurd assertion
that Oracle doesn't support thier products is totally bogus. I call the support
line at 415-506-1500 with my CSI and I am totally confident that the problem
WILL be resolved to my satisfaction.
