Hello.
We (CardumeSoftware) distribute Oracle tools. One of these, CodfishSQL, is a SQL query tool for use in Windows95 or NT against an Oracle Server.

We have a free version (CodfishSQL Lite) that enables you to edit and execute queries in a more productive way than SQLPlus. The full version has several extra capabilities, including the hability to create graphics from the retrieved data, and includes a Database Explorer with capability to browse the data of any table,view,synonym or snapshot.
