Also, in Developer 2000 there is a Current Record Attribute property at Form, Block and Item level.
The required Visual Attribute just needs to be specified in the Property Sheet.

I would suggest Display_Item is more suited to highlighting individual items at Run-time, eg. data values that exceed tolerances.
