sql server 6.5 to oracle 7.x port

I am looking for resources to help me identify issues involved with porting a SQL Server 6.5 database to Oracle 7.x. We are running a VB5 front end and using the Jet engine and the MS data controls to get to the database. The catch is that we have an extensive library of stored procedures, and I would like to avoid having to rewrite everything in PL/SQL.
