Hi,

The Oracle Press "Designer/2000 Handbook" describes a classic "Waterfall" software development approach where revisiting earlier steps is discouraged. As I prefer a more "incremental", or "cyclical" approach to software development (does this make me a RADical?), can anyone suggest solutions to the following general issues?

[Quoted] Issue 1: Is there an easy way to UN-DO the effects/results of the "Database Design Wizard" and the "Application Design Wizard" so that I can cycle between the analysis and design phases? That is...

1) Update the ERD
2) Update the DFD
3) Run Wizards
4) Build
5) Goto 1

Perhaps a handy-dandy API PL/SQL procedure or two? Seems kind of time-consuming to use RON for this.

Issue 2: What is the best way to establish "development", "test" and "production" databases? Use a different Oracle *account* for each? (I come from an Informix world where it is easy to create separate *databases* for each environment).
