If I get the picture right, Tina's Solution would just display a single record. Which is not desired.

The Solution Would be to Make the "Records Displayed" in Block Property to 4 or 5 and the SPACE BETWEEN RECORDS property at the Item level depending on your Settings.

Manually Drag the Columns that Should belong to Line 2 below the 1st Row. That would do the trick.
