running a report from server

Hi,
I have developed a report using report2.5 and have created a .rep file. I want to run the report on server by using r25run option But when I fire this I get an error -
REP-1439: Cannot compile program units since this is a runtime only report.

I have a library attached to the report. I also tried creating plx file for the library but doesn't work
I had fully compiled the report before creating .rep. I works fine with .rdf as I called it from form using run_product

Could anyone please give me the solution for this
