Oracle Hardware Requirements.

I am designing the hardware configuration for a DataMart system that will have a central table that is as large as 6.5Gigabytes. I am suggesting a Quad Processor System with approximately 4G Memory on either Windows NT or HP-UX. Please tell me if that is too much or not enough. The users will be doing aggregate queries on this table as well as another table that will be approximately 1G in size, and they are not willing to wait too long for the queries to complete (These are the big guys and girls). There may be as many as 20 concurrent users.
