ALT & Spacebar with forms designer

[Quoted] One of the programmers pressed alt and hit the spacebar while in forms designer, CPU utilization shot up to 100% and stayed there. We ended up killing the forms designer process in NT's task manager to regain control. [Quoted] We're running NT4.0 and forms designer version 4.5.7.1.6. I have tried this on 4 machines and gotten the same results, including one Windows 95 machine. Oracle support couldn't reproduce but blamed it on Microsoft. Has anyone else experienced this?
