  Hi,

    I'm not quite sure about what you want to change , a text item where you display the query, maybe? In that case you should use the SUBSTR, INSTR, etc. functions of the standard SQL wich you can find with your SQL*Plus files, they aren't within the Forms help files. You should look for a files called "sqlhelp.hlp".
