How do retrieve a TIFF image from a database?

Hi,
I have a table with two fields, image_id and image, stored in Oracle 7.3. In Forms 4.5, I a poplist that lists the image_ids. How can I retrieve the TIFF image from the database when the user selects an image_id from the poplist using PL/SQL into an image item object?
