WebServer 2.1 Development

Here is another dumb newbie question....In my application, we have a table of locations containing ID numbers, desc , name and Parent area ID number. I need a list of checkboxes on my page. No problemo. These are the highest level parent areas in the table. Now for the next page, I need the results of the users selections from the previous page to get another list of checkboxes. What I'm doing is getting the child areas from the four levels of areas in the table depending on which parent areas were checked.
My question is, how do I use the previous page to get that list??? Are the values checked being stored somewhere??? When I try to go to page # 2 on the browser, I get an error message and the error log reports that a stored procedure cannot be located with those parameters. Which parameters am I supposed to be passing???
