Performance/Reorg Tools

There are many Oracle performance and reorg tools available and I would like to know which tools you think are the best. I'm looking for something to report memory, i/o, session, contention, sql, and space statistics. If you use a tool like this now, what do you like or dislike about it?

Does anyone know if there is a TOP 10 listing of available performance and reorg tools?
