Hi Bradley,

You should take a look at VORTEXjdbc. It's a type 3 driver written in pure Java and can run on any platform that provides a Java Virtual Machine. The Server component of VORTEXjdbc is runs on OS/2 and supports Oracle, Sybase, DB2 and ADABAS D.

The VORTEXserver also supports the following Databases on the on mulitple platforms:

     Oracle  

        Version 6, 7 and 8 on Unix and Open VMS
        Version 7 on Windows NT/95, OS/2 and MVS
        Version 8 on NT

     Informix Online

        Version 5, 6 and 7 on Unix
        Version 7 on Windows NT

     Sybase 

        Version 4.9, 10 and 11 on Unix
        Version 10 on Windows NT and OS/2
        Version 11 on Windows NT        

     Microsoft SQL Server

        Version 6 and 6.5 on Windows NT

     IBM's DB2
       
        Version 2.1 on Unix, Windwos NT/95 and OS/2
        Version 3.1, 4.1 and 5 on MVS
  
     Ingres

        Version 6.4 on Unix

     Rdb 

        Version 5 and 6 on Open VMS

     ODBC 
 
        Version 2.5 and 3.0 on Windows NT/95 and Unix 

     Software AG's ADABAS SQL Server (ESQ)

        Version 1.3 and 1.4 on Unix

     Trifox' Genesis (flat files and non-relational DBMS)      

       SDMS (ISAM) Synergex 
       C-tree Faircom's and Informix
