Forms 16-bit & 32-bit (was: Forms error - FRM40735 Pre_Form trigger...)

D2K 1.3.2 comes in a 32-bit version AND a 16-bit version. When you generate a 32-bit fmx, it MUST be run on a pc where the 32-bit version of runform is installed. If your pc's have the 16-bit version of runform, then you must generate the fmx using the 16-bit version of D2K.
