Long Raw and GetChunk

Whenever I do a Getchunk on long raw field, I got
"S1C00: [Oracle][ODBC Oracle Driver] Driver Not Capable"

The version of ODBC Driver is "2.00.0301" and the name of dll is
"SQ032_73_dll" and dated "2/4/97"
