Forms 4.5

Hi All,
[Quoted] [Quoted] I am having a problem with Forms 4.5 and contacting the Oracle Response Center has proven unsuccessful. Basically, I have a 4.5 form which has been converted from a version three form. I have been trying to position various objects, mainly data-fields on the screen. At design time everything looks fine but when I run the form from the file menu or generate a .FMX the objects are re-aligned. Any fields that I have placed more than their own depth apart are not re-aligned but those that are only a small distance apart (less than their own depth) are re-positioned right next to the nearest field. I have tried various methods of positioning the field including varying the grid/snap points and using align. This problem is not arising with new forms created in Developer 2000 do not suffer from the same problem. It seems to be only those converted from version 3.
