Scrollbars in Forms 4.5

Hi,

We are trying to work out a way to capture a scrollbar event in Forms 4.5. We need to be able to know when the user clicks on either of the scrollbar buttons or on the thumbnail, but can't find any triggers that will capture the event.

Has anybody had a similar problem and managed to find a good workaround ?

Any answers will be much appreciated.
