Network manager generation

HI,

When I try to generate my network, designed with Network manager, I get the following errors in Netman.log

I use Windows 95 and Oracle 7.3

Message 459 not found; no message file for product=NETWORK, facility=NL

        279
        509
        510

I think that for some reason the software cannot find the message file(s)

Question : 1) where should they be

	   2) what is the filename
	   3) how do I make netman find the files
