No, defenitely not from within SQL*Plus.
You will find command-line version of Loader in $ORACLE_HOME\bin - look for SQLLDR.EXE or SQLLDR7n.EXE (where n is release number and $ORACLE_HOME is usualy \ORAWIN95).
If you have installed client side tools (ususaly under \ORAWIN\bin) you can also look for GUI version - look for SQLLOAD.EXE or something similar.
