Oracle's later database stuff comes with some WWW interface, but you might need to get a license. Also, check out their Des. 2000, which generates web apps. Check out their website for more info.
For cross-platform www<->database interfaces, look at Prolifics (www.prolifics.com), Unify, Uniface, Forte, etc. I know Prolifics runs on AIX and SunOS (Solaris and Sun OS). You can download a copy, but I think they only have the PC and Mac versions available for download. Call up to get a Unix eval. I'm not sure if Prolifics Business graphics are available for SunOS, but definately on Solaris.
Also see if Cold Fusion, NetDynamics, etc runs on AIX and Sun.
