Increasing the number of tuples for export

i've got a small problem. - i want to export data from a oracle-db. Now whe have the oracle-browser v2.08 installed. if i want to export data, it  only works with 16.000 tuples at a time. is it somehow possible to increase the number from 16.000 to about 35.000.

• do i have to have admin-rigths to solve the problem.

i'll appreciate any suggestions
