[Quoted]  Yes, I think I do. I have a Win95 system and have had both 16-bit and 32-bit Oracle Products on my machine. The 16-bit is in a directory "c:\orawin\...." and the 32-bit is in "c:\orawin95\...." with the dll's all together in the c:\windows\system directory. As long as you don't try to place the 32- and 16-bit software in the same place, the Oracle system seems to know it's way around. Just be sure that both of the directories are in your PATH statement.
