Developer 2000 - Session Related

I have Developer2000 rel 1.3. I have a forms module which invokes a report. This report takes a very long time to execute. So I would like a situation where I would not want anybody to invoke the report while I have invoked it,

How can I do it?
Does Forms/Reports store any database session related information ? Do I have to get the information from the database?

I will be very glad if you can help me.
