Its all in:

Oracle7 Server Reference
Release 7.3
January 1996
[Quoted] Part No. A32589–1

Which contains all of the

  • init.ora parameters and their meaning
  • static data dictionary tables (all_*, dba_*, and user_* tables)
  • dynamic tables (v$ views)
  • nls specific stuff
  • database limits
  • description of the stuff in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin
  • os dependencies

Hope this helps.
