Need File Exporer like OCX

Hi There

I have a hierarchical datastructure in the mould of employee has manager (as per EMP table). I would like to show the hierarchy using a file explorer like metaphor. I assume that I will need an OCX. Any one know of a decent OCX available on the market that I could use with the 32 bit version of Developer/2000?
