Forms 3.0 Comparing .frm files

Does anybody know of a utility that will compare two SQL*Forms 3.0 .frm
files and tell me if they are generated from the same .inp file. I have
some .frms that were generated a couple of years ago, and I have the
.inps that they were generated from. (I know that they are the right
inps) When I re-generate the .inps, and do a cmp command (AIX 3.2) the
.frm generated is different from the old one. I have generated the
same .inp a couple of times and get different .frms. It may have
somthing to do with using iag30 vs. generate30 ... I don't know. This
is causing me to fail an audit, so it is quite a concern.
