Hi Robin!

I had the same problem under NT 4.0 with Developer 1.3. But after upgrading to Developer 1.32 and Form 4.5.7.1.6 there are no more problems with the W-B-P-trigger. Perhaps one of your development platforms have a older version installed.
On both, Win95 and NT you have to install 1.32. The Oracle hotline knows of that problem with 1.3 and NT 4.0 and recommends you to upgrade to 1.32, because 1.3 is only released for NT 3.51.
