People using Designer/2000 in the Carolinas

Hello all. I've been an active user of both Designer/2000 and Developer/2000 since before they had those monikers. I'm trying to get an idea of how many people in the Carolinas (US) are using both and in particular, Designer/2000. I'm considering recommending the product to a client, but they are concerned about the availability of personnel skilled in its use.
