F4.0: Problem using libraries...

I encounter the following problem:
[Quoted] I have a developer (NT, 32 MB, Forms4.0) system and a productive system (win3.11, 8MB, Runtime + supportfiles) . I created a .pll library and can use it on the developing system without any problem.
After I compile the form and transfer it to the productive system, the system crashes unpredictably.
After I transfer the procedures in the library to local procedures, the system works!.

I tried to exchange memory - upgrade to 16mb - no effect I checked the dll's - no effect.

I want to use the library, though - any ideas are appreciated!
