By doing this, Forms hard codes the path the library is in and will only
look in that directory when starting forms. This severly limits you.
No matter what machine this form is on, the library would need to be in
the same EXACT directory as the source library was.
My suggestion would be to create a master directory that all of your libraries, referenced forms, and menus would go. Then add that path to your Forms45_PATH using REGEDIT.
