How to configure/use OracleNet on NT3.51 client for 16 and 32 bit applications?

What is the best way to configure the Oracle environment?

Can I get rid of the 16 bit Oracle components? Can I use 16 bit ODBC to communicate with 32 bit SQL*Net?.

How does SQL*Net has to be configured to handle 16 bit and 32 bit apllications if the 16 bit Oracle environment is needed for the 16 bit SQL- Windows.

The server supports Oracle 7.15.
