If all of the FORMS files for production are in the same directory, you can define a FORMS runtime icon and set the "start in" to this directory. Similarly, define another icon for the testing directory. Put your icons in a third directory and set tkxx_icon to point to that. If you have a more complex deployment, I am not aware of a solution.
