Problem using menu in form 4.5

Hi:

I am using developer 2000. I try to create custom menu in my form, in fact, the menu file is already compiled, and I check the path of menu file in the form propertities. It seems ok, but every time I run the form, I get the message: can't open the menu file. Can any one tell me how to solve the problem? Thanks. Better to send me a e-mail.
