There is one shortcut you could make use of. If you are using Developer 2000/16-bit version, then you do not have to re-compile the .FMX across NT 3.51 and Win 95. I have a situation where I develop under Win 3.1 and implement under Win 95 and Win 3.51. I simply move the .FMXs and .PLLs, make sure that all pathing is OK and F45RUN.EXE and company runs the stuff under all the systems. If you have userexits making OS specific calls, then you have a problem, otherwise they should run.
